Abercrombie mantiene sus previsiones para cierre de año tras las ventas del Black Friday
Abercrombie&Fitch confirma sus previsiones para el último trimestre fiscal de 2019. Tras haber cerrado el año con un Black Friday récord en beneficios, el objetivo del grupo para el conjunto del ejercicio se mantiene según lo previsto.
Tal y como aseguraba el comunicado emitido el pasado noviembre, la compañía espera finalizar el cuarto trimestre con un alza del 1% en su cifra de negocio. Aunque el resultado es positivo, Abercrombie reflejará un impacto negativo por el cambio de divisa de aproximadamente 5 millones de dólares (4,4 millones de euros). Además, el grupo ha revisado al alza las ventas comparables, que crecerán un 2% frente al 1% previsto.
Fran Horowitz, director general de la compañía, resalta en un comunicado el peso de la marca Hollister dentro del grupo, tomando la posición de impulsor dentro de Abercrombie. “Vamos a seguir enfocados en ejecutar nuestras estrategias de transformación e informaremos de nuestra evolución cuando emitamos los resultados del último trimestre”, ha asegurado Horowitz.
