Rafael Pichardo, CTIO & Deputy CEO de Altice Dominicana
Es un ejecutivo de telecomunicaciones con más de 20 años de experiencia, de los cuales 14 años ha estado en posiciones directivas tanto local como Internacionalmente. Cuenta con un Máster en Administración de Empresas (MBA) y un Máster en Creatividad e Innovación en Cádiz, España.
Es graduado de Ingeniería Electrónica y Comunicaciones en el Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).
Pichardo ha ocupado distintos cargos entre los que se destaca: Director de Ingeniería y Multi-skill Center de Orange España. Actualmente ocupa el cargo de CTIO (Jefe del Departamento Técnico e IT) y además, es el Deputy CEO en Altice Dominicana.
En este último año, la compañía se ha destacado por el ser el primer y único operador que ofrece servicios de 3P Wireless (Internet, Voz y Video) en todo el territorio nacional combinando las tecnologías LTE, WTTX y DTH, lo que les permite llegar a lugares donde la Red fija no alcanza.
Julissa Mateo, directora de tecnología y transformación digital de Bunker-Mujeres Tics RD
Tiene grado de Ingeniería en TIC por la universidad UNIBE, Tecnóloga en Software por ITLA y cursando un MBA En Barna Management School, con más de 10 años en la industria del software y TI. Ha trabajado como consultora en tecnología en diferentes empresas con especial atención a la dirección de proyectos, desarrollo de software e implementación de metodologías ágiles.
Actualmente es fundadora y presidente de la comunidad más grande de mujeres en Tecnología de la República Dominicana: Mujeres TICs RD y directora de tecnología y transformación digital en Bunker, empresa más grande de custodia y gestión documental de El Caribe y Centro América.
En la Comunidad de Mujeres TICs RD, ha implementado un modelo de retribución para sus voluntarias, permitiéndoles obtener becas para estudios y eventos tecnológicos donde muchas veces carecen de presencia femenina.
Serguey Forcade, CIO & Digital de Banreservas
Desde 2013 ha ejercido el cargo de director general de tecnología estrategia y eficiencia digital en la entidad financiera. Dentro de sus funciones principales se destacan la infraestructura y telecomunicaciones, la seguridad de información y continuidad de negocio, como también ser patrocinador del proyecto cambio de Core Bancario.
En los últimos tres años, Banreservas se ha preocupado de entregar a sus clientes la mayor seguridad posible en todos sus productos y servicios. El interés de la institución es estar en condiciones de prever y alertar a las entidades del sistema financiero dominicano sobre posibles ataques cibernéticos.
