España: Supermercados DIA evita la quiebra y llega a un acuerdo con sus acreedores

España: Supermercados DIA evita la quiebra y llega a un acuerdo con sus acreedores


Esta decisión del retailer entre sus acreedores ha disparado su acción en Bolsa y ha cerrado con una subida del 7,67 %.

La cadena española de supermercados DIA, que atraviesa por una profunda crisis, ha logrado llegar a un acuerdo definitivo con sus acreedores para refinanciar su deuda. Esta decisión del retailer entre sus acreedores ha disparado su acción en Bolsa y ha cerrado con una subida del 7,67 %, aunque en algún momento de la mañana ha llegado hasta más del 23 %, publicó la agencia española de noticias EFE.

Los títulos de DIA se revalorizaron un 7,67 % hasta cotizar a 0,56 euros. Este escenario cambia con respecto al inicial al elevar la parte a recaudar en la ampliación de capital y reducir la aportación de bancos y fondos, e implica una inyección de 871 millones de euros.

Asimismo, DIA ha alcanzado también un acuerdo con respecto a los términos en los que se modificarán las financiaciones bilaterales otorgadas por acreedores sindicados o sus filiales a favor de DIA o sus filiales para, entre otros, prorrogar hasta no antes de 2021 las fechas de vencimiento de dichas financiaciones, a excepción de una financiación bilateral que ha quedado inicialmente prorrogada hasta mayo de 2020.


PROYECCIONES DE DÍA PARA LOS PRÓXIMOS AÑOS

Según revista InfoRetail, Grupo DIA ha proyectado facturar entre 7.000 y 7.200 millones de euros en 2019, frente a los casi 7.300 millones ingresados el año pasado. También, la empresa espera que las ventas netas del grupo de distribución vayan convergiendo hacia el nivel de 2018 en 2020 e incrementándose anualmente en porcentajes de un solo dígito alto hasta 2023.
NUEVAS LÍNEAS DE FINANCIACIÓN

La sociedad también ha acordado con los acreedores la posibilidad de obtener de nuevas líneas de financiación “súper senior garantizadas”, en términos que han sido considerados por DIA como “satisfactorios”, por un importe total de hasta 280 de euros.

Asimismo, DIA y los acreedores han acordado proponer a la Junta General de Accionistas de DIA un incremento de 100 millones de euros sobre el importe total de fondos propios que inicialmente se había acordado inyectar a la sociedad en el aumento de capital acordado por la Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas del pasado 20 de marzo de 2019.

A tal efecto, se someterá a la junta la aprobación de un nuevo acuerdo de aumento de capital, que sustituirá al acordado en la celebrada el 20 de marzo de este año, en virtud del cual se espera que se incrementen los fondos propios de la Sociedad en un importe efectivo de hasta 600 millones de euros, en lugar de los 500 millones inicialmente previstos.

En relación con dicho aumento de capital, LetterOne ha comunicado a la sociedad su compromiso de votar a favor de dicho acuerdo, ejercitar su derecho de suscripción preferente en proporción a su porcentaje del capital social, y asegurar (o procurar el aseguramiento por una o más entidades financieras) parcialmente el aumento de capital por un importe de hasta 500 millones de euros.
