Intu continúa desinvirtiendo vende su centro comercial en Asturias por 290 millones de euros
Intu continúa desinvirtiendo. La inmobiliaria británica de centros comerciales ha vendido su centro comercial ubicado en Oviedo, Intu Asturias, por 290 millones de euros al fondo ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund. La compañía inglesa ostentaba la mitad del accionariado, mientras que el fondo canadiense Ccpib era el propietario de la otra mitad.
Esta es la segunda gran venta que la compañía realiza en España, tras traspasar el centro comercial Intu Puerto Venecia, ubicado en Zaragoza, por 475,3 millones de euros el pasado diciembre.
Ambas ventas se enmarcan dentro la estrategia de Intu de ajustar sus cuentas. La compañía ha declarado que esta última venta les permitirá ingresar 85 millones de euros netos, según Drapers.
Intu prevé vender también del centro comercial Xanadú en Madrid. La estrategia de la compañía en España está centrada en el proyecto Intu Costa del Sol en Málaga, el que será el centro comercial más grande del país.
