La edición de abril de Market Brief está dedicada a los fondos de inversión, con el ranking del sector, el cual cumple en 2020 su cuarto año, destacando el crecimiento de un instrumento de inversión muy joven en la economía dominicana, pero que ya se posicionó como una fuente privilegiada de financiamiento.

Los fondos tuvieron un crecimiento sobresaliente de 79 % en sus activos bajo administración en el 2019. Están operando 20 fondos abiertos y 19 cerrados, de cuatro clases: renta fija, inversión inmobiliaria, inversión en sociedades e inversión en infraestructura.

Ya pasan de 19,000 los aportantes que han confiado en los fondos para invertir capital, entre los cuales están los fondos de pensiones.
