Pitti, pospuesta: la feria italiana se traslada a septiembre
Si el 17 de marzo el consejero delegado de Pitti Immagine, Raffaello Napoleone, exclamaba que “la próxima edición se celebrará”, ahora los salones florentinos han anunciado que se posponen. Tanto Pitti Uomo como Pitti Bimbo trasladan a septiembre sus ediciones de junio por la crisis derivada de la pandemia de coronavirus.
Pitti Uomo debía celebrar su edición número 21 de primavera entre el 16 y 19 de junio, pero finalmente tendrá lugar entre el 2 y el 4 de septiembre en su ubicación habitual, la Fortezza da Basso, en Florencia. Pitti Bimbo, dedicado a la moda infantil, se traslada al 9 y 10 de septiembre.
“Durante las últimas semanas hemos estado en contacte contacto con compañías fabricantes de Italia y del resto del mundo”, ha señalado Claudio Marenzi, presidente de Pitti Immagine, organizador de los salones. “La petición generalizada ha sido mantener a todo coste eventos como Pitti, que serán el instrumento fundamental para hacer que la maquinaria de la industria de la moda vuelva a ponerse en marcha”, ha agregado.
