L’Oréal negocia la venta de Roger&Gallet. La compañía francesa de cosmética está en conversaciones con el fondo de inversión para vender la compañía de perfumes y cremas, según WWD. Si el proceso sigue adelante, el acuerdo se cerrará este verano.
Roger&Gallet se fundó en 1862 y facturó el año pasado 52 millones de euros. Desde su adquisición, L’Oréal ha mantenido esta compañía bajo la división de cosmética activa.
L’Oréal concluyó el ejercicio 2018 (finalizado el 31 de diciembre) con un beneficio de 3.895,4 millones de euros, un 8,8% más respecto al año anterior. La facturación del grupo, por su parte, creció un 7,1%, hasta 26.937,4 millones de euros.
