Gap cae en bolsa: JPMorgan prevé un impacto en sus márgenes por la batalla comercial
Gap se desploma en bolsa. Los títulos del grupo, que ayer cerraron en 27,13 dólares, se han situado en 25,55 dólares justo al arrancar la sesión. A lo largo de la mañana, los valores han ido oscilando en torno a los 25 dólares. La financiera rebajó el precio objetivo de la empresa de 30 dólares a 24 dólares.

El banco de inversión considera que los márgenes de Gap encaran con una fuerte presión la campaña navideña, frente a los retos operativas y de inventario. De hecho, en su informe, JPMorgan considera que el grupo no empezará a restablecerse del bache hasta la primera mitad de 2019.
Los analistas prevén una desaceleración de las ventas por superficie comparable y un incremento de los costes de transporte, costes laborales y partidas arancelarias. En este sentido, el documento indica que el 22% del aprovisionamiento de Gap se mantiene en China.
La compañía cerró el primer semestre de su ejercicio 2018 con un incremento del 11,3% en su beneficio neto, que situó en 461 millones de dólares (379,8 millones de euros). La empresa facturó 7.868 millones de dólares (6.807 millones de euros), un 8,6% más que un año atrás.
