Inmersos en el primer trimestre del año, nos reuniremos en el Big Bilbao para celebrar la primera reunión de comunidad del año.

En ella, entre otras cosas, se presentarán los primeros resultados de la campaña Smart CiB. Hace unos meses se instalaron en varios comercios innovadores de Bilbao dispositivos de análisis de flujo de personas para mejorar el conocimiento del consumidor y repercutir en un mejor rendimiento del negocio.

¿Qué efecto tiene en el establecimiento y en su entorno un evento en la ciudad?, ¿Por qué se modifica el número de peatones?, ¿A qué horas?, ¿Cuánto y por qué aumentan/disminuyen los visitantes en las tiendas?, ¿Y los tickets de venta?, ¿La calle justifica el precio del alquiler?… Son algunas de las numerosas preguntas que se han ido lanzando en diferentes reuniones de comunidad, y que se van a poder ir dando respuesta gracias a esta campaña.

Además de ello, la reunión también servirá para plantear objetivos para el año y trabajar los temas de interés.
