Colombia: Rappi y otras grandes empresas anuncian cambios en el país
Las movidas se conocen por estos días y tienen que ver con la estrategia de crecimiento en el país y con oferta de productos y servicios.
Rappi:
El cambio está relacionado con una alianza sellada con el banco Davivienda para mejorar la herramienta Rappi Pay. Sobre esta movida no hay mayores detalles, pero el diario La República asegura que permitiría a los clientes del banco tener beneficios con el uso de la plataforma de Rappi.
Además, asegura que es posible que la empresa de domicilios lance una tarjeta de crédito compartida con esa entidad financiera.
Nutresa:
Ese grupo económico anunció la compra del 51 por ciento de la compañía de distribución de alimentos Atlantic Food Service (AFS) por una suma cercana a los 42.000 millones de pesos.
“Una vez se adelanten los trámites ante las autoridades correspondientes y se cumplan las demás condiciones para el cierre del negocio, Grupo Nutresa tendría el 51% de las acciones de AFS”, informó Nutresa, citado por El Espectador.
Según el diario El Tiempo, con esta movida, Nutresa y Alpina se convertirán en socios a través de esta distribuidora. La compañía de lácteos tiene el 19 por ciento de AFS.
Clínica del Country:
La clínica tiene nuevos dueños. Se trata de CDC Holdings Colombiana, que adquirió el 50 por ciento restante de la institución y ahora es el dueño del total.
Según El Tiempo, con esta operación, Country queda en el mismo grupo accionista de Colmédica Medicina Prepagada, Aliansalud, clínica La Colina y Portoazul.
Caracol TV y Netflix:
Ambas compañías informaron sobre una inversión de 35 millones de dólares para renovar un acuerdo que tiene por objeto la realización de series de televisión.
No es la primera vez que el gigante del ‘streaming’ y Caracol Televisión trabajan en conjunto. En otras ocasiones han colaborado para la producción de series como ‘Pablo Escobar-Alias JJ’, ‘La Niña’ y ‘La Ley Secreta’, entre otras.
