Abercrombie: despidos temporales y recorte de sueldo ante el coronavirus
Abercrombie&Fitch traza un plan de contingencia ante el coronavirus. La compañía estadounidense de moda ha suspendido temporalmente a sus empleados de tienda en Norteamérica y Europa ante el avance de la pandemia. La plantilla mantendrá sus beneficios.
En paralelo, la empresa también ha reducido la jornada y rebajado el sueldo de un 15% de sus empleados de oficina en todo el mundo ya que “no es posible trabajar full time ante estas circunstancias”, ha señalado en un comunicado.
Por otro lado, la empresa ha reducido entre un 10% y un 33% el salario de la alta dirección, mientras que el sueldo de los miembros del consejo de administración de la empresa se ha recortado un 50%.
Abercrombie&Fitch ya anunció que dispondrá de 210 millones de dólares de su línea de crédito revolving para obtener financiación ante la crisis del coronavirus.
