China desploma su manufactura al mínimo histórico golpeada por el coronavirus
La industria china muestra su debilidad ante la crisis del coronavirus. La industria manufacturera registró en febrero el peor dato desde 2005, retrocediendo a marcas inferiores a las registradas en plena crisis financiera internacional.
El indicador de referencia de la industria manufacturera, el índice gerente de compras (PMI), se ha desplomado a cierre de febrero 14,3 puntos, hasta 35,7 puntos, el dato más bajo de la serie histórica, que comienza en 2005.
Así, la crisis del coronavirus está teniendo un impacto mayor en la industria que la crisis financiera que comenzó en 2007. Según datos de la Oficina Nacional Estatal (ONE), el anterior suelo del indicador se marcó en noviembre de 2008, cuando cayó hasta 38,8 puntos.
