Rafael Pichardo, CTIO & Deputy CEO de Altice Dominicana

Es un ejecutivo de telecomunicaciones con más de 20 años de experiencia, de los cuales 14 años ha estado en posiciones directivas tanto local como Internacionalmente. Cuenta con un Máster en Administración de Empresas (MBA) y un Máster en Creatividad e Innovación en Cádiz, España.

Es graduado de Ingeniería Electrónica y Comunicaciones en el Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).

Pichardo ha ocupado distintos cargos entre los que se destaca: Director de Ingeniería y Multi-skill Center de Orange España. Actualmente ocupa el cargo de CTIO (Jefe del Departamento Técnico e IT) y además, es el Deputy CEO en Altice Dominicana.

En este último año, la compañía se ha destacado por el ser el primer y único operador que ofrece servicios de 3P Wireless (Internet, Voz y Video) en todo el territorio nacional combinando las tecnologías LTE, WTTX y DTH, lo que les permite llegar a lugares donde la Red fija no alcanza.
