El negocio de moda de Sonae continúa avanzando. La división Sonae Fashion, que engloba Mo, Zippy, Salsa, Losan y Deeply, cerró la primera mitad del año con una cifra de negocio de 176,7 millones de euros, un 3,5% más que en el mismo periodo del año anterior.
Por superficie comparable, las ventas de está área crecieron un 4,4% en el primer trimestre y un 7,5% en el segundo, en términos interanuales. El resultado bruto de explotación de esta área de negocio se duplicó en los seis primeros meses del año, hasta situarse en 10,3 millones de euros.
A 30 de junio, Mo continuaba siendo la cadena del grupo con un mayor número de establecimientos propios, un total de 118; Zippy contaba con 61; Salsa con un centenar y Losan con nueve. En cuento a los puntos de venta de gestión indirecta, Zippy sumaba 63 tiendas y Salsa otras 27.

La división de Iberian Sports Retail Group (Isrg), donde se incluye la joint venture entre Sport Zone, JD, Sprinter y Size?, generó ventas en el primer semestre del año por 328 millones de euros, un 13,9% más que en el mismo periodo del año anterior. El ebitda de esta división pasó de trece millones de euros en la primera mitad de 2018 a 25 millones de euros en 2019.
En España, la joint venture suma ya 175 establecimientos de Sprinter y otros 52 de JD, mientras que en Portugal son 89 de Sport Zone y 17 de JD.
El conjunto de Sonae, donde también se incluyen los negocios de hipermercados, establecimientos Worten o los centros comerciales Sonae Sierra, concluyó los seis primeros meses del año con un avance del 11%, hasta 2.690 millones de euros y una caída del 25,1% del beneficio neto, hasta 64 millones de euros.
