A fines de mayo, se realizó el EMA IMPACT Summit 2019, encuentro de dos días en California orientados a la concientización en temas sustentables, en la que participa la industria del entretenimiento y representantes de diversas organizaciones para compartir experiencias y las principales tendencias en el cuidado medioambiental.
En línea con su programa de sustentabilidad, Santa Rita fue parte de este evento internacional como marca de vinos exclusiva, a la cual asistió el enólogo de vinos ultra Premium de la viña, Sebastián Labbé. Además, la Gerente de Asuntos Corporativos y Sustentabilidad, Elena Carretero, participó como panelista en el foro “Go Green, Make Green”, dando la visión de la industria vitivinícola de Chile en dichas materias y cómo Santa Rita ha incorporado la sustentabilidad en su quehacer.
Por otra parte, la viña estuvo presente en los EMA Awards, evento en que se premió a aquellas producciones del cine y la televisión que contribuyen a aumentar la conciencia pública sobre temas ambientales e inspiran a la acción. Medalla Real Gold Medal Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 fue el vino exclusivo para la jornada, disponible para los más de 300 invitados a la ocasión.
