Bancos Comerciales cierran filas como parte del protocolo ante la propagación y vela por la salud de los ciudadanos y de sus empleados.
Los usuarios que acudan a realizar retiros y otras operaciones relacionadas con pago de nómina, deberán tomar precaución y medidas como mantener la distancia entre una persona y otra de al menos dos metros y esperar pacientemente su turno en la parte exterior para evitar aglomeraciones a lo interno de las oficinas.
Los canales alternos con que cuentan estas instituciones, tales como internet banking y el sistema de cajeros ATM para realizar retiros, estarán disponibles y libres de cargos y comisiones durante el período de emergencia.
Los bancos contaran con rigurosos protocolos de prevención y contención del virus que abarcan reducción considerable de todo el personal, uso obligatorio de gel desinfectante antes de ingresar a las locaciones, despliegue de información en lugares de alta visibilidad, limpieza y desinfección frecuente de los espacios de trabajo y de servicio al cliente, entre otras.
De igual manera se unen a la implementación de un plan de teletrabajo algunas áeras de estas instituciones incluyendo las personas más vulnerables y el protocolo de actuación para manejo de casos de contagio, reduciendo riesgos a terceros.
De esta manera la Asociación de Bancos Comerciales, se une también a la lucha y mitigación de esta pandemia global.
