Conozca el nuevo billete de RD$1,000
El Banco Central de la República Dominicana (BCRD) pondrá en circulación un nuevo billete de RD$1,000.00, serie 2017, que contendrá el isotipo con la identidad visual de la institución. Este nueva moneda estará a disposición a partir del lunes 24 de febrero de 2020.
El Isotipo con la identidad visual del BCRD, estará acompañado del valor de la denominación en caracteres numéricos, que cambian de color de verde a azul, impreso con tinta magnética ópticamente variable que presenta un efecto de gotas y da la sensación de arena ondulante.
Este billete contiene las mismas características de seguridad de los billetes de RD$1,000 pesos actualmente en circulación, los cuales mantendrán su fuerza liberatoria para el pago de todas las obligaciones públicas y privadas
