España bate un nuevo récord en turismo. La oleada de turistas internacionales que visitan España representará un total de 83,4 millones de turistas en 2019. Paralelamente, el incremento del 2,4% de su gasto supondrá 91.879 millones de euros, cifra que también batirá un nuevo récord.
En 2018 el año se cerró con 82,8 millones de turistas y para 2019 se espera incrementar esa cifra unos 600.000 visitantes más, reuniendo así 83,4 millones de turistas. Este incremento viene acompañado también de un aumento del gasto que llegaría a los 91.879 millones de euros, un 2,4% superior a la del 2018.
Además, ha aumentado el número de turistas procedentes de América y Asia. Estados Unidos crecería un 9,8% en gasto hasta los 5.722 millones de euros, y un 12,7% en número de visitantes hasta los 3,3 millones. Por otro lado, el número de turistas asiáticos aumentaría un 17,6% hasta los 7,7 millones de visitantes.
