Supermercados Peruanos anuncia gerente para formato de conveniencia
Supermercados Peruanos confirma apuesta por su nuevo formato de tiendas de conveniencia ‘Justo’ en el sector retail peruano.
Crece el sector de tiendas de conveniencias en el Perú.
Según dio a conocer Perú Retail en el mes de marzo, la primera tienda de conveniencia ‘Justo’ abrió en el Boulevard de Asia, iniciando asi una apuesta por un formato que viene creciendo en el mercado peruano.
Con ello InRetail ponía a prueba esta nueva marca dentro del sector autoservicio en el Perú haciendo frente a Tambo+, Repshop y Viva.
A pesar que Juan Carlos Vallejo, CEO Intercorp Retail, indicó a Perú Retail que no tenían puesto el foco en el negocio de tiendas de conveniencia, parece que no quieren dejar ninguna operación en el aire.
Por esa razón, Supermercados Peruanos acaba de dar la bienvenida al nuevo formato de tiendas de conveniencia.
Con esta confirmación, Mimarket ha pasado con la nueva marca Justo de ser parte de Eckerd (Inkafarma) a pertenecer ahora al fortalecimiento y proceso de diversificacion del área denominada ‘food retail’.
Asimismo, anunciaron que este nuevo formato está a cargo de Luisa Gonzales Henriquez, quien es la encargada de desarrollar e implementar las estrategias para hacer crecer el negocio y generar bienestar para todos los peruanos.

SOBRE LA EJECUTIVA
Luisa Gonzales tiene dieciséis años de experiencia en el área operaciones y comercial. Cuenta con amplio conocimiento en la problemática del retail (supermercados y tiendas de conveniencia).
Gonzales ha trabajado desde el 2017 en el formato de tiendas de conveniencia Mimarket del grupo Mifarma antes de ser adquirido por Inkafarma a comienzos del 2018.
Como principal experiencia en el rubro, la ejecutiva ha sido gerente de operaciones y proyectos de las tiendas de conveniencia Tambo+ desde sus inicios en el 2015.
