Cuatro propuestas de los precandidatos presidenciales por el PLD y PRM

Este domingo 6 de octubre se enfrentan por la candidatura a la presidencia de la República Dominicana cuatro contrincantes de los dos principales partidos políticos, el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) y el Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), los cuales han dado a conocer sus propuestas de gobierno para el país.
Por el PLD se enfrentarían a primarias abiertas quien fuera tres veces presidente del país Leonel Fernández y el exministro de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones, Gonzalo Castillo. Mientras que por el partido opositor se riñen en primarias cerradas Luis Abinader y el expresidente Hipólito Mejía.
Precandidatos presidenciales por el PLD
Gonzalo Castillo
- Extender el programa de estancias infantiles creado por el mandatario Danilo Medina.
- Extender en todo el territorio dominicano la implementación del Sistema Nacional de Atención a Emergencias y Seguridad 911.
- Crear espacios de negocios para los emprendedores que no cuenten con un capital para iniciar su primer negocio, con una red de oficinas amuebladas y con internet.
- Implementar el programa “Mi Primer Paso” en conjunto con el sector privado para generar empleos a jóvenes sin experiencia.
Leonel Fernández
- Colocar a más mujeres en distintos cargos de Gobierno
- Mantener la estabilidad y crecimiento económico del país.
- Solucionar el problema de la inseguridad ciudadana.
- Ampliar las líneas del Metro de Santo Domingo hasta las comunidades de San Luis y Pedro Brand.
Precandidatos presidenciales por el PRM
Luis Abinader
- Dar prioridad a la lucha contra la delincuencia
- Garantía de una “Casa de acogida”para mujeres víctimas de violencia de género.
- Impulsar una garantía de justicia independiente, donde el procurador general y los fiscales sean seleccionados comprobando su capacidad y honestidad ante la sociedad.
- Cambiar el modelo económico actual por uno real de desarrollo, implementando un acuerdo a 14 a años para disminuir los niveles de endeudamiento.
Hipólito Mejía
- Lograr el regreso de los jóvenes al campo con el desarrollo de pequeñas empresas, financiamiento, formación profesional y procesos agroindustriales.
- Aumentar el presupuesto a los ayuntamientos.
- Fomentar el desarrollo económico de la zona sur del país.
- Incluir en un 100% a los jóvenes en su mandato
Según la Junta Central Electoral (JCE), las primarias de este domingo superarán los siete millones de electores, de los cuales cerca de seis corresponde al padrón del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana y de la JCE y 1,5000,000 corresponden al padrón del Partido Revolucionario Moderno.
