El Corte Inglés sigue soltando lastre y saca al mercado sus activos logísticos por 200 millones
El Corte Inglés vuelve a sacar su cartera logística al mercado. La compañía ha reactivado una parte del plan que encargó en 2016 a Morgan Stanley, la denominada operación Batman, y ha pedido ofertas para febrero a los interesados en comprar su logística regional, según El Confidencial.
Los activos están valorados en 200 millones de euros y ya se han interesado por ellos dos ofertantes. El objetivo del grupo pasa por cerrar el ejercicio con esta operación completada para volcarse en su nuevo plan inmobiliario.
La empresa acaba de contratar a PwC para revisar su cartera inmobiliaria, en la que tiene identificados 130 activos con los que prevé levantar 2.000 millones de euros para reducir deuda. Si el actual plan Batman no tuviera éxito, la cartera inmobiliaria se incorporaría al nuevo proyecto de venta.
El Corte Inglés contrató a Morgan Stanley hace tres años para vender hasta 200 activos por mil millones de euros. El plan no incluye (tampoco el nuevo) el gran centro de Valdemoro y los principales de Cataluña.
