Equivalenza continúa reorganizando su equipo y nombra un nuevo director de expansión
Equivalenza sigue dando forma a su nuevo equipo. Tras el nombramiento de un nuevo consejero delegado y un presidente para el consejo en 2018, la compañía española de perfumería y cosmética ha fichado a un directivo del sector inmobiliario para pilotar el área de expansión.
Eduardo Vaz, graduado en Dirección de Empresas por la Universidad de Lisboa (Portugal), es el nuevo director de expansión de Equivalenza. Hasta ahora, el ejecutivo ocupaba el puesto de responsable comercial en Angola de Zahara Inmobiliaria, una empresa especializada en la gestión de centros comerciales y que pertenece a Zahara Group.
Previamente, Vaz desarrolló su carrera en varias empresas de moda, sobre todo en el área de expansión y franquicias. El ejecutivo ha trabajado en países de Oriente Próximo, África y Latinoamérica, entre otros.

La incorporación de un nuevo director de expansión se suma a los fichajes realizados por Equivalenza desde el arranque del año. El pasado marzo, el grupo incorporó a José María Fernández, ex directivo de Telepizza y fundador de Papa John’s, como consejero delegado. Posteriormente, en mayo, la empresa nombró como presidente del consejo a Juan Antonio Caubet Blanco, en reemplazo de Aitor Madina Aguirre.
Equivalenza echó a andar en 2011 y opera con una red de más de 700 establecimientos en veintiséis países. La compañía, con oficinas en Barcelona, Roma, São Paulo y Ciudad de México, finalizó el ejercicio 2014 con unas ventas de 45 millones de euros, según los últimos datos divulgados por la propia empresa.
