Eurazeo Brands tiene el objetivo de invertir 800 millones de dólares en compañías de alto potencial en Norte América y Europa, en sectores como belleza, moda, hogar, bienestar, ocio y alimentación. El fondo ayudará a Herschel aportando su conocimiento global, mientras ACG aportará conocimiento de consumidor y, junto con Hoop, apoyará al equipo gestor en el desarrollo de nuevas categorías y desarrollo internacional.
Con sede central en Vancouver, Herschel fue fundada en 2009 por los hermanos Jamie, Lyndon y Jason Cormack.
