La moda italiana pide a sus caseros que suspendan los alquileres durante el cierre de tiendas
La moda italiana pide una tregua a sus caseros. El presidente de Confindustria Moda, Claudio Marenzi, ha remitido una carta a los propietarios de los locales en la que pide que se congele el pago de alquileres mientras dure el cierre forzado de tiendas.
En concreto, Marenzi reclama que “se suspendan los pagos de los alquileres hasta que las tiendas reabran” y que “estén abiertos a renegociar las condiciones económicas de los contratos hasta que la actividad comercial, turística y residencial se recupere por completo”.
La carta está firmada por cincuenta grandes grupos del sector, incluyendo Calzedonia, Moncler, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, Trussardi y Valentino, entre otros. Italia fue el primer país europeo afectado por el coronavirus y es ya el país del mundo con más muertes por este virus. Para controlar la pandemia, el pasado 11 de febrero el Gobierno decretó el cierre de todo el comercio hasta el próximo 3 de abril.
