Primer comité europeo en la moda. Los trabajadores de Inditex han constituido un comité de empresa de alcance europeo. Esta semana, representantes sindicales y el grupo gallego han sellado el acuerdo por el que se crea este órgano de representación supranacional.
Tras años de negociaciones, los sindicatos UGT y CCOO han logrado un acuerdo “ambicioso”, que sigue la estela de los que han ido pactado con Inditex en los últimos años. Desde UGT explican que, a partir de ahora, los trabajadores de la empresa cuentan con un ámbito de negociación y representación supranacional, que consideran necesario para las multinacionales.
Por parte de UGT se ha sumado en la mesa de negociación representación de las tres partes del negocio: tiendas, logística y fábricas, abordando el proyecto de manera coordinada con UGT-Fica, la federación industrial del sindicato, según Europa Press.
