LVMH lleva Fenty a Estados Unidos con un ‘pop up’ en Nueva York
LVMH lleva el fenómeno Rihanna a Estados Unidos. Fenty, la marca de moda lanzada por el conglomerado y la cantante de Barbados, ultima la puesta en marcha de su primer establecimiento en suelo estadounidense, según WWD.
La tienda, de carácter temporal, se ubicará dentro de la tienda multimarca The Webster, uno de los templos de la moda de lujo en el Soho neoyorkino. El espacio permanecerá abierto del 19 al 30 de junio. Fenty ocupará por completo las dos primeras plantas del inmueble.
La cantante Rihanna y el conglomerado francés LVMH cerraron el acuerdo para impulsar Fenty el mes pasado, tras el éxito de la firma de cosmética del mismo nombre lanzada el año pasado. Fenty, cuya colección incluye ropa, calzado y accesorios, echó a andar con una plataforma web y una tienda, también temporal, en París.
En 2018, LVMH aumentó su beneficio neto un 18% respecto al año anterior, hasta los 6.345 millones de euros. Por otra parte, el grupo francés tuvo unas ventas por valor de 46.826 millones de euros, un 11% más que en 2017.
