Tendam avanza en sostenibilidad: firma un acuerdo con Endesa y se pasa a la energía renovable
Tendam avanza en su estrategia de sostenibilidad. La compañía madrileña, dueña de Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield, Women’secret y Fifty, ha firmado con Endesa un contrato de suministro para proveer de energía renovable a todas sus instalaciones en España.
El contrato supone un volumen de más de 80Gwh al año para los casi 800 establecimientos de sus marcas en el mercado español, así como las instalaciones operativas del grupo en el país. De este modo, toda la energía de Tendam tendrá certificación con garantía de origen durante 2020 y reducirá su huella de carbono, según ha explicado la empresa en un comunicado.
Tendam forma también parte del Fashion Pact, firmado en el marco del G7 el año pasado, y recibió el reconocimiento del Pacto Mundial de las Naciones Unidas por su adhesión a la iniciativa Business Ambition for 1.5ºC.
