Trucco busca un socio industrial para mantener el negocio fuera del ‘amparo’ de Black Toro

Trucco busca compañero para seguir adelante. La compañía española de moda femenina se encuentra en pleno proceso de búsqueda de un socio industrial que le permita mantener su actividad. La empresa, fundada por la Fernando Reguero, está hoy participada en sólo un 3% por el fondo Black Toro. De este modo, Trucco podría esquivar la entrada en concurso de acreedores, camino que han seguido Marypaz y Amichi, controladas, estas sí, por Black Toro.

Según han explicado a Modaes.es fuentes cercanas a la compañía, el equipo gestor de Trucco (liderado por Pedro Valdecantos) estaría sondeando el mercado en busca de un socio. Good Job Business, sociedad a través de la que opera Trucco, tiene como administrador a Valdecantos.

Trucco fue rescatada de los juzgados en mayo de 2019. En el plan de liquidación, Black Toro figuraba como comprador recomendado por el administrador concursal. Sin embargo, la compañía no terminó pasando al cien por cien al fondo, sino que fue adquirida por el equipo gestor y Black Toro tomó sólo el 3%.

La empresa de moda femenina era una de las piezas con las que Black Toro pretendía construir un clúster de marcas de moda, apostando por el ganar volumen y generar economías de escala.

Black Toro sólo controla una participación minoritaria en Trucco

La primera adquisición fue la de Marypaz, cerrada en 2016. La empresa sevillana de distribución de calzado se encontraba en concurso de acreedores y Black Toro la rescató de los juzgados.

Después de Marypaz, el fondo tomó el control de Amichi asesorado por Pedro Valdecantos. Black Toro desembolsó 15 millones de euros para convertirse en accionista mayoritario de la empresa de moda femenina fundada por la familia Amich. La marca se traspasó a la sociedad Michizara.

La tercera operación llegó en 2018. La empresa extremeña Forecast, de moda masculina, se encontraba también en concurso de acreedores y la sociedad Mistic Triunfo se hizo con ella. Esta sociedad está administrada por Pedro Valdecantos. Black Toro no entró en el capital, sino que concedió un préstamo con opción de compra para financiar la adquisición. La opción de compra no ha sido ejecutada.

Trucco es la única de las cuatro compañías que todavía no ha entrado en concurso

Trucco, que fue la cuarta operación del clúster de empresas que iba a formar Black Toro, sigue adelante al margen del fondo de inversión. El equipo de la empresa de moda femenina se ha trasladado recientemente a las oficinas de Amichi, en Las Rozas (Madrid).

De estas cuatro compañías, sólo Trucco sigue adelante. Marypaz volvió a entrar en concurso la semana pasada por falta de financiación bancaria, de manera que se ve abocada a la liquidación. La familia Aguaded, fundadora de la empresa y gestora del negocio, busca un salvador.

Amichi, por su parte, entró en los juzgados el pasado agosto. La sociedad que se acogió al concurso fue Disedis, que controla la red de tiendas de la firma y de Forecast. Las sociedades Mistic Triunfo, que controla la marca de Forecast, y Michizara, a la que se traspasó la marca de Amichi, no constan, por el momento, en concurso de acreedores.
