Atención JPMorgan: WeWork dice que es el más grande de Manhattan

19 de septiembre 2018, 8:25 AM.- El gigante de los espacios de oficinas para compartir WeWork Cos. es ahora el mayor inquilino privado de Manhattan, ha dicho la compañía en una entrada de blog. La firma se ha hecho con la primera posición pese al fracaso de las negociaciones para alquilar aproximadamente 18.600 metros cuadrados en 1 World Trade Center.

Según datos de la casa de corretaje Cushman & Wakefield el mes pasado, WeWork se clasificaba en segunda posición con 477.521 metros cuadrados de oficinas, superados solo por JPMorgan Chase & Co., con 483.095 metros cuadrados. De acuerdo con la publicación de blog, escrita por el director de desarrollo de WeWork, Granit Gjonbalaj, un acuerdo de 24.000 metros cuadrados en 21 Penn Plaza elevó a la empresa a la cima de la lista. Ese contrato se firmó en agosto, informó The Real Deal.
