El creador de Bread&Butter recula: suspende Lock antes de su debut
Otro paso atrás de Karl-Heinz Müller. El empresario alemán, impulsor del salón de moda urbana Bread&Butter, ha cancelado el salón profesional Lock, con el que pretendía regresar a los circuitos profesionales de la moda.
Con este proyecto, el emprendedor quería revivir los primeros tiempos de Bread&Butter. Lock, un evento de pequeño formato, iba a realizarse en el antiguo aeropuerto Tempelhof en paralelo con la semana de la moda de Berlín, el próximo enero.
Müller ha explicado que cancela Lock debido a las muchas incertidumbres que existen sobre el lugar en el que iba a desarrollarse. Sin embargo, no descartó la posibilidad de llevarlo finalmente a cabo en un medio plazo, según Sportswear International.
Müller se desmarcó de Bread&Butter en 2015 tras venderla a la empresa de ecommerce Zalando. El nuevo dueño dio un vuelco al concepto original, reorientándola al consumidor ferial y convirtiéndola en un festival de moda, música y gastronomía.
