Innovación: Glovo lanza su primer supermercado online con envíos 24 horas
La app Glovo, que permite comprar, recoger y enviar al momento cualquier producto dentro de una misma ciudad, ha lanzado en Barcelona su propio supermercado online. Lo han bautizado como SuperGlovo, un servicio que estará disponible las 24 horas y todos los días de la semana.
“Con esta novedad, Glovo se convierte en el único actor del sector que ofrece entrega inmediata en compras de supermercado. Por otro lado, la plataforma también da la posibilidad de programar la entrega a la hora que el usuario indique”, señala la firma.
Se prevé que SuperGlovo se amplíe a otras ciudades donde opera la app, como Madrid, Valencia, Zaragoza, Sevilla, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, Bilbao, Alicante, Gijón, Murcia, Roma, Milán, Catania, Palermo, Bolonia, Florencia, Génova, Verona (Italia), París (Francia), Lisboa (Portugal), Santiago de Chile (Chile) y Lima (Perú), ha informado en un comunicado este miércoles.
SuperGlovo está destinado “a compras semanales o de última hora, y se puede pedir todo aquello que quepa en la caja del repartidor (o glover), que tiene una capacidad de hasta 9Kg”, explican. El servicio está disponible las 24h, todos los días de la semana. El envío se realiza en menos de una hora y tiene un coste fijo de 3,90€.
En Barcelona se han habilitado 7 puntos de recogida repartidos por toda la ciudad que cuentan con las principales marcas de gran consumo. En cada uno de ellos, además, hay una persona encargada de preparar cada pedido para que cuando el glover llegue a recoger los productos encargados, esté todo preparado y se reduzca el tiempo de espera.
