Nextil extiende por el coronavirus las negociaciones para comprar un proveedor de EEUU
El coronavirus impacta en la estrategia de compras de Nextil. La compañía, propietaria de Dogi, anunció el año pasado que se encontraba “en la fase final de las negociaciones” para hacerse con un proveedor estadounidense. Sin embargo, el periodo de exclusividad ha finalizado en plena crisis del Covid-19, aunque las conversaciones siguen en marcha.
“Se continúa negociando con los accionistas de la sociedad estadounidense y el resto de partes involucradas para entender el impacto que puede tener el Covid-19 en su negocio, así como en la formalización del acuerdo de adquisición, si bien ralentizado por la situación generada por el virus Covid-19”, explica la empresa en un comunicado remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (Cnmv).
La empresa también a pospuesto la decisión respecto a la fecha de convocatoria de la junta general de accionistas y convocará el consejo de administración para la primera quincena de mayo.
