Según un estudio hecho por InfoJobs, un 55% de los motivos por lo que una empresa puede rechazar a un candidato es la incoherencia o mentiras entre lo comentado en la entrevista y lo que publica en las redes sociales; otro 44,5% por las fotos publicadas; un 43% por las graves faltas ortográficas; un 37% por la falta de respeto hacia otros usuarios; un 32% por las opiniones radicales sobre temas de religión, racismo, orientación sexual, entre otros. Asimismo, las opiniones políticas radicales representan en este estudio el 32% de probabilidad de que no contraten a una persona por sus publicaciones y un25.5% por hablar mal del jefe, compañeros u otras empresas en las que han trabajado.
No está demás que pensemos dos veces antes de dar al botón de enviar a cualquier condición de las ya mencionadas.
Consejos para gestionar adecuadamente tus redes sociales

+ Cuida mucho tu lenguaje
Por último, es importantísimo cuidar el lenguaje. Es muy importante lo que decimos y cómo lo decimos, evitando faltas de respeto e insultos, pero también faltas de ortografía, que puedan dar pistas de que estamos ante una persona descuidada.
