Perfumería Júlia profesionaliza su gestión e incorpora a un ex Douglas y Pablosky como primer ejecutivo

Perfumería Júlia emprende la profesionalización de su gestión. La cadena andorrana de perfumerías ha incorporado recientemente a Hans Elsässer, hasta ahora director de retail y expansión en Pablosky, como nuevo primer ejecutivo. El directivo acumula dos décadas de trayectoria en el sector, la mayoría en la cadena alemana Douglas.

Elsässer trabajó para Douglas entre 1996 y 2009, primero como director regional de ventas para el mercado austríaco. En 1998, el directivo fue nombrado máximo responsable del negocio de la compañía alemana en España y Portugal, cargo que ostentó durante más de diez años.

Licenciado en Administración de Empresas por la Universität des Saarlandes (Alemania), Elsässer ocupó posteriormente cargos de responsabilidad en empresas de otros sectores como el asegurador o la investigación de mercado. En octubre de 2016, el ejecutivo regresó a la moda al fichar por Pablosky como director de retail y expansión.

Perfumería Júlia cuenta con más de medio centenar de tiendas entre España y Andorra, el grueso concentradas en su mercado local y en la provincia de Barcelona. Los orígenes de la cadena se remontan a la década de los años cuarenta del siglo pasado.

Entonces, la peluquera Júlia Bonet comenzó a desplazarse de manera frecuente a Toulouse para buscar productos que no llegaban a España ni Andorra en plena posguerra y comercializarlos. Entre estos artículos siempre había cosméticos como esmaltes para uñas y fragancias.

En las décadas posteriores, el negocio cobró forma y creció con establecimientos en Andorra de la mano de Bonet y su esposo, Pere Zamora. En 1999, con quince tiendas en el principado, Perfumería Júlia inició en Huesca y Tarragona su expansión por el mercado español.

En 2011, tras el fallecimiento de Bonet, sus hijas Anna Maria, Melània e Inmaculada Zamora asumieron la gestión del negocio y continuaron su expansión. Desde 2010, la cadena ha impulsado el crecimiento de Línea Júlia, su marca propia de cosmética.

El relevo al frente de Júlia se produce apenas unos días después de que otra compañía familiar de perfumería, Fund Grube, recurriera también a un ex Douglas para profesionalizar su gestión. La empresa canaria fichó a Juan Esteban, ex responsable de Douglas en España, como su nuevo director general.
