Supercoco celebra sus primeros 70 años

Una de las marcas colombianas más queridas, que nació como un producto, Supercoco, cuenta hoy con un amplio y diverso portafolio y así celebra sus primeros 70 años.

La confitería nacional Súper de Alimentos, celebra el aniversario y evolución de
una de sus marcas más representativas Supercoco, que hoy ya no es solo un “turrón con mucho coco”. Ha sido tal la receptividad que colombianos y extranjeros han sentido por la marca, que hoy se ha expandido a otras categorías. Recientemente, la marca presentó el arequipe de supercoco y su Tirudito supercoco. En los próximos días se hará el lanzamiento de la chocolatina Supercoco.

Tal como lo explica Felipe Henao, gerente general y dueño de Súper de Alimentos, desde que nació Supercoco el objetivo ha sido ofrecer productos que dinamicen el mercado, es decir, que estén al alcance económico de todas las personas.

“Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de estar en el corazón de los colombianos, por medio de un renovado y amplio portafolio de productos para la marca, con el que
proyectamos incrementar nuestras ventas un 30% al cierre de este 2018”, expresó Felipe Henao.

Cambios

Así mismo, la marca ha renovado su imagen y ha lanzado nuevos productos, tratando de mantenerse fieles al concepto “El sabor con mucho coco”.

Publicidad

Para la creación de nuevos productos y la renovación de la marca, la compañía cuenta con un departamento de innovación y desarrollo en el que se invierten alrededor de $250.000.000 mensualmente.

Comunicación creativa

Precisamente, la marca desarrolla todos sus procesos creativos inhouse y cuenta con la asesoría en mercadeo y publicidad de Socorro Jaramillo.

Actualmente, la compañía cuenta con dos plantas en Manizales y se encuentra en
la construcción de un nuevo centro de distribución, con el que espera ser más
eficiente y tener una mayor capacidad para atender todos los mercados; adicional,
se ha consolidado como una organización de clase mundial, económicamente
exitosa y socialmente responsable.

Es tal el éxito de la marca Supercoco que representa el 7.5% de las ventas de la compañía. En cuanto, a la estrategia de comunicación que tendrá la compañía para celebrar los 70 años de una de sus marcas más queridas, María Antonia Arango, gerente comercial y de mercadeo, explicó que: “lo más importante es compartir toda la historia de Supercoco y toda su magia con nuestros consumidores. Por esa razón, una parte de la estrategia es una edición especial que es una lata conmemorativa en la que está todo el surtido de nuestros productos, (Tirudito, bombón, turrón, arequipe y barra Supercoco).

Además, vamos a recoger historias con las personas alrededor de Supercoco. Estamos haciendo muchos concursos con nuestros consumidores. En cuanto a campañas, vamos a estar en radio y en algunas salas de cine. Para el próximo año tendremos nuevos productos en diferentes categorías”, concluyó.
